Une Toulousaine à San Diego: Balboa Park

   

     Fondé en 1868, le Balboa Park porte le nom de l'explorateur espagnol qui posa le premier les yeux sur le Pacifique en 1513.
     Le Parc est magnifique et très différent du Golden Gate Park à San Francisco ou de Central Park à New York. Trois villes, trois ambiance différentes.
     Le Balboa Park possède de nombreux bâtiments anciens qui abritent actuellement des musées. Un joli Botanical Building abrite de nombreuses plantes tropicales.

     Founded in 1868, Balboa Park is named after the Spanish explorer who first laid his eyes on the Pacific in 1513.

      Balboa Park has many old buildings that are now museums. A nice Botanical Building houses many tropical plants.
